Losing Weight Plan

When I started trying to lose weight, I was at nearly 12 stone (the biggest Id been in my life). My boyfriend was really into fitness and the gym so helped me with a diet plan etc.

DRINK WATER!! On a daily basis I drink around 5 bottles of the big Evian water. It's one of the best tips on losing weight, as it makes you feel full, therefore cuts down portion sizes. (It also benefits energy and my skin feels amazing)

CARDIO!! Whether that means running on a treadmill or running outside, it's one of the most effective ways to lose fat. I run at least 3 times a week between 30mins to an hour. I absolutely hate it, but I know it's working!!

WEIGHT TRAINING!! One of the biggest myths is that weight training makes you bulky and manly. But it isn't true! Weight training is key to losing weight. Especially on the arms and thighs!
A few examples of the exercises I do after my cardio;

The plank! A M A Z I N G!! Feel the burn

Crunches; 50-100 will give abs in no time!

Kickbacks, perfect for the booty!

The squat, again, is amazing but to get the perfect booty you have to do more then just squatting

Hip bridges; serious burn if you do them long enough. Love these
DIET; for my diet I ate hardly any carbs. When it got to the days when I was craving some bread or pasta, I would have some sweet potato. Chicken and vegetables was my dinners every night. But it does get boring, so I'd suggest mixing up the spices and flavourings.

One of my actual dinners. I would make the vegetable portion the biggest
Must have foods;
Avocado; full of GOOD fats and helps in weight loss
Spinach; so many vitamins and is just good for you
Green tea; so much more healthier then normal tea and coffee!
Dieting gets easier as you go along. Trust me, I lived on chicken nuggets...

CHEAT MEAL: they are perfectly okay. My cheat meal is on a Saturday every other week! It won't affect your weight loss if you still watch what is going into the meal. Small portions are always good

My boyfriend and I share a bowl usually for cheat meal. E.g Nachos with salsa
So, since I started this around 5 weeks ago, I've lost 11lbs. My goal weight is to be around 10 stone so I have a way to go yet! But this is me now! Thank you for reading my tips :) :)
