To achieve the goal of losing 10 pounds in 3 days you have to follow this guide.

This is what can be achieved through out the 3 days, you cannot snack during the days the only food you can eat is the food on the list that will be provided.

If you do snack it won't work at all so the desired effect will not happen.

This is the breakfast for the first day (obviously)

Lunch for day 1

Dinner for day one

Breakfast day2

Day 2 lunch

Day 2 dinner

Day 3 breakfast

Day 3 lunch

Day 3 dinner
This is all you need to loss the 10 pounds, this could be be done weekly. After the 3 days are up you can't go back to eating fatty foods or you will put the weight back on. Every single food that is listed has been chosen to act together to help loss the weight so you cannot not eat something if you don't like it, if you don't actually like something search military diet and there should be a list of food you can have if you don't like any. At breakfast you can save something to eat during the hours that you won't be eating you can do that with dinner and lunch.
