Things you'll need
Blender
2cups of in roasted almonds
3 teaspoons of olive oil

Place almonds in blender on low speed, gradually increase to moderately fast, as it forms scrape the sides to prevent build up .
Add oil one teaspoon to blend at a time.
Store it in room temp for 1-2 weeks to allow oil to separate from nut meat.
You can either strain the nut meat or use oil as is.

Tip: if you decided to strain the almond meat , add a few teaspoons of canola oil , dash of salt, and honey . Use to spread on toast.
