Make Your Own Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 cups chocolate protein
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoon flax seed
Add cinnamon however much you like

Mix all together


Add 3/4 cup water, be exact on how much water you add, your bars need to be thick, not too. Moist because they won't harden in the fridge
It's supposed to be hard to mix use your hands if a spoon doesn't work well

Spread into brownie glass pan, use your hands to make it flat, add chopped pecans or walnuts on top
Makes. Good snack on the go, pre and post workout meal as well!!
