Mini Egg Cheesecake! Super Simple Recipe:)

Ingredients:
(for base):
150g digestive/chocolate biscuits
130g melted butter (plus extra for buttering container)
(for filling)
800g of cream cheese
200ml of sour cream
200g of icing sugar
Couple of drops of vanilla extract
100ml of double cream
100/150g of crushed mini eggs (I used one bag for the filling - don't crush them too small, to make sure you can still taste them)
(for the top)
As many mini eggs as you want!
Method:
When you've crushed the biscuits, add the melted butter and mix together.
Place in bottom of container and push firmly into the bottom- ensuring it's flat, place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set. - this will be the base of the cheesecake.
Mix all of the ingredients for the filling together and mix until it's smooth and everything is as one mixture.
Once the base has set, remove from he fridge and add the filling on top- making sure it's flat on top for the best appearance :)
Place in fridge for about 2 ish hours!
Remove from fridge and decorate with remaining mini eggs :)
