Morning Lemon Water Twist

I'm sure many of you have seen the weight loss tip about drinking lemon water "tea" on an empty stomach.
If you're like me, you can't really just drink hot water with a healthy dose of lemon juice without anything else, so here's a twist on that recipe that will still promote weight loss, but is slightly tastier.

Add a small spoonful (no more than a teaspoon) of raw honey. Raw honey has many health benefits, and also promotes weight loss as an added bonus!

If that's still not enough flavor for you, add a bit of cinnamon! In normal doses, and when not used on delicious french toast, cinnamon is actually quite good for you.
You can also try pairing the lemon water with healthy fruits and berries such as raspberries (an excellent source of fiber and vitamins) or blueberries (full of antioxidants)!
If you prefer the whole berry, just plop it in and go bobbing for it, but if you want to add to the flavor of the tea, put a few in a small food processor and freeze them overnight. Then you'll have a yummy drink with little fruit ice cubes!
