To use: apply a bit to a blush brush and blend out or, the way I personally like is to just gently dab on your cheeks and blend with a brush. Finally a swatch done on my hand and just as a basic color on my lips. This stuff is so pigmented even with just one swipe, and I absolutely love the bit of sparkle it has!
