Here are some excellent foods for busting belly fat. Incorporate them into your regular diet and watch the fat just fall off!

Be cautious of which type you get though, avoid flavored/sweetened oatmeal, try to use the original but add honey and fruit for flavor.

Almonds!

They satisfy your hunger with very few calories! Chew for as long as you can to get the full benefit.

Be cautious of cholesterol though, try to have only one a day and try to make the ratio 1 egg yolk to 2 egg whites. The extra yolks can be used as other things like hair masks.

Packed with fiber and and great for many things including weight loss. Try to have at least 1 serving of greens a day. 

Tip: steaming or lightly sautéing vegetables gives them a nice flavor with some salt and pepper.

Citrus fruits are amazing fat burners. Try to eat an orange or grapefruit after meals to help digest. 

Drink citrus water in the morning. You can make a big jug and drink it after meals instead of straight up fruit if you want.
