My DIY Cream Eye Shadow Results

So yesterday I posted a tutorial about Creme eyeshadow here is my results

So I have this elf palette but the colors aren't that pigmented

See not that pigmented

So youll need:
1. A spoon
2. A slightly smaller spoon
3.a saftey pen or a toothpick
4.A napkin for messsy messy
5.eyeshadow and a container to put it in
In this case im puting it back in its original container

First break up the eyeshadow with the pen or toothpick

next dump it onto the big spoon

Put moisturizer or primer onto the spoon

mix with the back of the small spoon until its a creamy consistency

Put back into the palette :} look at how pigmented it is now! and this is JUST a dab a little goes a LONG way trust me.
