My Daily Meals

If like me, you get up super early yet are always starving... Try granola.
I've always had it without milk however I recently tried it with soya milk and it is much sweeter

Throughout the day I will drink about 5 cups of tea.
Either black 'english breakfast' tea
Or with soya milk
Or I will have a green tea

If I am at home for lunch I usually have tinned soup, however if I feel like cooking I will cook boiled white rice with broccoli

As a vegetarian getting my protein intake is difficult.
So for tea I often have chickpeas with chilli flakes, served on top of brown seeded toast

If I really crave something sweet I will either snack on trail mix(raisins,almonds,dried banana,dried mango etc) or I will serve myself some pineapple!
