My Favourite Sweet Treat!

Just because you're on a diet or eating healthily, you don't have to give up on your chocolate! This is my favourite sweet treat/snack for days when I want something a little sweet, but don't want to completely ruin my healthy eating!
1. Place four squares of chocolate (dark would be healthiest, but white chocolate is my favourite!) in a cup
2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 30 second intervals
3. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly, and then drop a handful of raspberries into the chocolate and mix around
4. Enjoy!
This snack is extremely delicious, and by melting the chocolate you feel like you're eating more than you actually are! With the white chocolate I used, this came to 92 calories altogether. So next time you want a guilt free chocolatey treat, be sure to give this a try :)
