First
Make sure you eat healthy. Eating healthy is a critical part to a clear face and body. You need certain nutrients. I recommend dark berries. They are full of antioxidants also I put lots of mint in my water along with lemon which is used as a full body detox.
Second
you MUST wash your face every night. Washing your face gets rid of all the dirt throughout the day. I usually wash for about 45 seconds. When drying never run the towel against your face. Tapping it will prevent getting wrinkles on your face as you age. I usually use X-out or a face wash from the brand Aveda called Biconical Kinetics Purifying Gel (website will be posted at the end of the tip)
Third
DONT over wash. Many people think washing extra will do more for you and get you cleaner, but over washing will make your skin worse and isn't healthy. Be gentle with your skin and you will get positive outcomes.
Fourth
When washing, first use a mild face wash to cleanse your skin. Then, lightly massage exfoliator onto your face. You never want to exfoliate first.
Fifth
My last step is just to maintain your body and keep it healthy by drinking detox waters and washing your face 2 times a day. Once in the morning and once at night. Remember to be gentle and keep your face moisturized also. Hope this works for you!!!!
