Simple and Easy Instructions
Pick a base coat, a top coat, and the color of your choosing!
Polish the base coat on and let dry. Polish the white tips of your finger nails and let dry. Put on a couple of coats for this step to make the color look better. Then when it is dry, polish on a couple of coats of top coat all over the nail.
