Nana Ice Cream: The Healthy Alternative

The nana ice cream trend has taken over the healthy eating world; and why shouldn't it? Who wouldn't want a healthy alternative the their favorite frozen treat. Just as delicious, but without the guilt, the dessert is made with only two base ingredients: bananas and a little coconut milk. Then you can go ahead, and experiment with whatever flavored you want!
Recipe: Nana Ice Cream Ingredients 3 ripe bananas (helps if you freeze them beforehand) 1-2 tbsp coconut milk Directions Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Serve immediately once it has am ice cream like consistency. Note: nana ice cream cannot be refrozen, so eat straight away.
Some combinations to try: •blueberry acai •maca and cacoa chip •mango and raspberry •peanut butter •coconut •cocoa powder And some topping ideas: •quinoa puffs •shredded coconut •goji berries •granola •passion fruit •pistachios •chia seeds
