Proven fact, if you was to have a cold bath after leg exercises, your more likely to shed more fat of your legs! Run a bath that covers your legs and sit in it for around 3-5 mins. Don't worry it gets easier once your in after 30 second it's easy.
Massage your legs from the thighs downwards. Place your thumb on you thighs and you fingers on the sides of your legs do small spiral movements adding presser to both side of the knee caps.
You can also visit salons for leg exercises and so on.
Avoid stirring down to much and do not cross your legs as you have veins at the back of you legs. Try not to wear tight fitting clothes, but wear comfy shoes. Raise you legs as often as you can, and avoid heat like the sun hot baths as it dilates vains.
I have heard a lot of people saying to do sqauts, but I have done them for a month and I must say apart from a nice toned backside, they make your thighs toned and give them a lager appearance so if your looking for skinny legs the take on other exercises, like lunges and so on.
