Nightly Beauty Routine. 12 Tips

Feet: rub coconut oil or Vaseline on them and cover with socks. Your feet will be so soft!

Lips: rub coconut oil or Vaseline on them. Exfoliate gently with a wet toothbrush. Once the dead skin is removed rub more coconut oil or Vaseline on them.

Cuticles: rub coconut oil, olive oil or Vaseline on them to promote healthy nails.

Eyelashes: rub coconut oil on them to promote growth.

Thighs: rub coconut oil or olive oil on your thighs and waist and gently exfoliate by bringing your exfoliation brush (could be one of those cheap foot brushes) and brush your skin upwards. This will help get rid of cellulite and stretch lines.

Wrinkles: if you have them, rub a little olive oil into your skin. Eventually they will visibly reduce.

Warts: if you have warts then getting rid of them will be in your nightly routine. Soak a q-tip end in apple cider vinegar and tape it to the wart. Within the week your warts will be gone. I know, I had a serious wart problem--over 100 on my hands combined- and this routine worked for me.

Elbows and knees: if they are looking rough put some coconut oil, olive oil or Vaseline on them before bed.

Armpits: apply deoderant before bed. You'll wake up feeling fresher.

Self tanner: if you do this, apply it an hour before bed ( so that you don't stain your sheets). Your skin absorbs lotion best in the evening.

Under eyes: eye cream, coconut oil, olive oil, green tea or Vaseline. Whatever your preferred trick do it before bed so you wake up looking bright-eyed. For added efficiency, put your product in the fridge first.

Hair: if you want beach waves the next morning, dampen your hair and braid it.
