Yoga Mat - I like LuLuLemon cause they're quality is sooo good and lasts forever. A tad pricey and there are other options but I highly suggest getting one through them cause it'll be the first and last mat you buy

This crazy tripod is for holding your phone. You can attach it to your microwave handle for working out in the kitchen, prop it on a counter like a regular tripod, or on the ground.. Whatever! It's only $10 on amazon and the best money you'll spend! It's called a Gorilla Tripod

App #1 - QE2 - This trainer has put together a bunch of awesome, no equip needed Pilates exercises to tone/sculpt your whole body. They are so amazing! She's Kate Hudson's personal trainer. Remember her killer abs on Glee? Yup. This trainer got her those! I use this app every other day!

App #2 - Fitness for Women: Workouts and exercises. Tired of seeing the same old lunges, crunches, planks everywhere but nothing new? Oh my I've never seen such a selection! You can get a new individual session everyday with completely new, original workouts! Never bored with this app!
