Not-So-Sweet Fluffy Frosting Perfect For Piping!

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 cup softened butter
Directions:
1. Pour milk and all-purpose flour in a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Whisk together, stirring continuously, unil it becomes a very thick, smooth paste. This takes about 3-4 mins.
3. Remove this from the heat and let it cool completely.
4. Beat this mixture with the vanilla extract in high-speed for about 4 mins until it becomes a paste again.
5. In a separate bowl beat the butter and sugar on high for about 4 mins.
6. Combine both mixtures together and beat on high for about 3-4 mins until it is super fluffy.
7. Tint frosting as desired.
Note: frosts a 2 layer 8" inch cake or 24 cupcakes.
