Dulce de leche oatmeal! Simply microwave 1 cup oats and 2 cups water for 3 min. Remove and add 1 1/2 cup melted vanilla ice cream, 1/8 tsp salt and 2 T Brown sugar topping. Soooo good

Pumpkin pie oatmeal! Pumpkin is super low fat and high in fiber! Just cook oats as usual and then add 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 2 T cinnamon sugar and 3/4 cup milk of your choice
