Start off browning your favorite protein. I used turkey sausage!

While the meats browning. Start cutting up some fresh vegetables. I used bell peppers green onion & garlic!

Throw in the veggies & Sauté them with the meat.

Add in two beaten eggs & stir to cook the eggs well

Then add in some fresh spinach. You can also substitute for kale or something else.
