One Pot Chicken Pasta Dish

4 1/2 cups chicken stock
500g pack pasta I used spaghetti 
 8 button mushrooms sliced
1 punet cherry tomatoes quartered
4 chicken thighs thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
Fresh Parmesan and a dash of olive oil to serve
Salt and pepper

Combine everything in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil mixture, stirring and turning pasta frequently with tongs, until pasta is al dente and water has nearly evaporated, about 9 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, divide among 4 bowls, and garnish with basil.
