Oreo Churros!

20 Oreos

Scrape Oreo fillings into a separate bowl

Turn your Oreo cookies into crumbs

1 cup water

3 tablespoons

1/4 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

1 cup flour

2 tablespoons

1 & 1/2 teaspoon

Bring liquids to a boil & then slowly add to flour. Mix well

Add 2 eggs

1 teaspoon

Mix well (until smooth)

Put the mix into a piping bag and pipe your churros on to parchment paper. After finished piping put into freezer to set

In another bowl mix 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Oreo fillings

Heat oil to 350 (medium high). Take churros out of freezer and take them off parchment paper

Drop into the oil

Set on towel to dry oil

Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with the rest of the Oreo crumbs

While churros are warm roll them into the sugar Oreo mix

Enjoy them together!
