Spread peanut butter on an Oreo, then stack another Oreo on top and spread peanut butter on that one as well.

Place the Oreo stacks in cupcake lined muffin cups. Spoon 2 tablespoons of brownie batter over each stacked Oreo and let it run down the sides of the cookie.
