Paint Spat Nail Polish

To get it to look like this fun look!! You will need.
-straws
-your preference of nail polish
-news paper
-tape
Pick a base coat paint the nail a solid color then
Dab the polish tip to one of the ends of the straws. And blow it onto your toe nails or finger nails whichever you prefer.
