Parmesan, Chicken & Broccoli Pasta
What you need 3/4 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked 3/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 3 cloves garlic, minced 6 cups small broccoli florets 1-1/2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Make it Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in broccoli; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and 1/2 cup mozzarella; cook 1 to 2 min. or until mozzarella is melted, stirring occasionally. Drain spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Special Extra Add 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning to cooked chicken mixture in skillet along with the broccoli. Cooking Know-How The cooked spaghetti will be easier to eat if you break it in half before cooking as directed.
