Peanut Butter, Banana, Chocolate Smoothie

Tear a couple bananas in two, and put the pieces in a blender

Pour about a half to two-thirds cup of almond milk (or regular milk if you prefer, plain yogurt can be substituted as well) into the blender

Put about a tablespoon of PB2(or regular peanut butter) into the blender. More can be added for a more peanutty taste.

Pit a date or two and put it in the blender. This acts as a natural sweetener.

Add some crushed ice and you've got a wonderful, yummy smoothie! You can forgo the ice, but I love having the extra texture!
