Green Smoothies are the perfect start for a healthy diet! Drink a green smoothie instead of breakfast every day to have a quick refreshing start in your day!
What you need: 1 banana 1 peach A quarter liter (8 ounces) of orange juice 2 leaves of mangold
Preperation: Simply blend everything up and experiment with different textures and taste! Add more orange juice if you want it sweeter or add more mangold if you want! You can add water if you want the texture to be thinner! Please like! It takes less than a second! :)
