Perfect Red Lips Tutorial💋

This tutorial is all about how to get the perfect red lips you've been trying to copy for a long time!😍💋

Step one:
Use a red lip liner (the shade you want your lips) and make an outline shown in the image☺️

Step two:
Line your way across the outside of the lips, then start to bring it in to the centre leaving them a light red☺️

Step Three:
Apply a thin layer of matte red lipstick (in your shade) and let the magic happen!💋

Step three also:
If your a lover of shine and not matte, just add on a layer of red lip balm or a general red lipstick to put over your lip liner☺️

Step four:
Using a thin flat brush, carefully apply concealer close to the lip line to get rid of any smudges or any mistakes that you have made!☺️
