Pineapple Mini Cakes ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ๐Ÿฐ
Ingredients - Betty Crocker cake mix - 3 eggs - veg. Oil - milk - canned pineapple cubes - whipped cream - Jar cherries
First I used a muffin tin because it's bigger and wider then the cupcake tin so it'll come out better looking and more better to serve your guests ( who ever) I sprayed oil all over the muffin tin so that the batter won't stick Put a table spoon of cake batter first then 3 table spoons of crushed pineapple and last more batter on the top about 2 table spoons
After fully baked you take a flat down plate and flip the muffin tin upside down the plate that'll give it the mini cake look instead of a cupcake or muffin look to it top it with whipped cream and some cherries obviously that was my choice you could also use frosting pudding or any fruit of your like ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ
