Pizza Cupcakes π

Ingredients:
(For 6 cupcakes)
1 pouch of instant pizza dough
(Can be found for less than $1 at most supermarkets)
Olive oil
Water
Pizza sauce
Shredded Cheese (you can choose whatever type you'd like, I chose a 4 cheese Italian blend)
Desired topping(bite size pepperoni/sausage, olive slices, etc)

Combine instant dough with the amount of water directed on the package. Roll the dough into a ball and let it sit in a warm area for 15 minutes to allow dough to rise. When it has fully risen, roll it out onto a cutting board or other flat surface.

Lightly line a cupcake tin with olive oil. You can use butter but I found olive oil works better. Take small portions of the dough and kneed it big enough to line the inside of the tin. The dough will expand as it cooks so it doesn't need to be thick at all. Make sure you line the edges well.

Put about a 1- 1/2 tablespoons of pizza sauce inside each of tins. You can have as much or as little sauce as you like, but once the pizza cupcakes are finished it will seem like there is less sauce from the dough expanding. If you like more sauce I wouldn't do more than 2 tablespoons.
Cover the top of the sauce with cheese and add additional topping as you like. Cook for as long as the directions for the instant dough say. Let stand for about 5 minutes. To get the cupcakes out without sticking or ripping I would recommend going around the edges with a knife, and they should slip right out. Eat up and enjoy!
