Drink an 8oz glass of cold water (add lemon for flavor) a half hour before each meal to help fill more full and eat less. Also drink an 8oz glass of cold water after each meal to help digest your food better. Eating 4-6 small meals a day will help speed up your metabolism. So pick one of the snacks or u may eat one early and one later. I usually eat a snack after breakfast and between lunch and dinner, I don't like to eat any later than dinner it's not good to do.
