Pumpkin Pie Angel Food Cake Recipe
Ingredients needed for cake: 1 box of angel food cake mix 15 oz can of pumpkin purée 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Ingredients needed for cream cheese frosting: 8 tbsp unsalted butter, best at room temperature 1/2 vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 6 oz softened cream cheese 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
How to for the cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together angel food cake mix and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl. Add in the pumpkin purée until well mixed. Pour into you greased baking pan. 9x13. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely. How to for the frosting: Prepare your frosting using a mixer. Mix together the butter and cream cheese until well combined and in a fluffy state. Add the vanilla and slowly beat in the powdered sugar and then add the cinnamon. Continue to beat until fluffy.
