QUICK,EASY and AMAZINGLY PRETTY FRIED EGG/CAPSICUM WINDOWS 🐣

This is BY FAR, my favourite breakfast creation! The colour, taste and simplicity of it!!! If you don't like these I feel a little sad for your taste buds people!!!

•Simply slice and remove the core of your favourite capsicum - I prefer yellow and green I find there a little bit sweeter. •Oil, and pre-heat the fry pan ( pre-heat to avoid burning and sticking of the capsicum to the pan ) •Place your capsicum in the pan and crack the egg into the centre. The best part about this is even if the egg yolk cracks it still looks like amazing! If not better!
