Quick And Easy Chocolate Truffles With Coconut Recipe! -No Cooking Required-

You will need: 

Biscuits/Cookies (preferably digestive biscuits) 
Cocoa powder 
Condensed milk 
Coconut sprinkles

Take your biscuits (as much as you want, but I like to use 28 as a guide), put them into a bowl, blender etc and crush them into little crumbs, I tend to use the end of a rolling pin to crush the biscuits.

Then take 2 tablespoons of your cocoa powder (or 1 depending on how much biscuits you used) and add to the crushed biscuits, mixing in until the crumbs are covered in the cocoa powder like this!

Now taking your condensed milk, using the whole tin, pour it into your crushed biscuit mixture. Then mix it through until spread evenly throughout, it will be sticky and quite tough to mix and should look something like this!

This will get your hands messy but dont worry its worth it and good if you have kids! Take a little bit of the mixture and simply roll it into balls as above (or whatever shape you want, its up to you) keep doing so until all the mixture is used up.

Now add some of the coconut sprinkles into a bowl and once you have rolled your mixture into little balls, cover them with the sprinkles by rolling them in the bowl.

They should look something like this, once this is done put them into the fridge for an hour or two, then take them out and enjoy, no cooking required!
