Rainbow Cloud Cupcakes Using Sour Belts!! Yum

Bake cupcakes according to box directions. Let cool and frost with blue icing. Cut sour belts into 3 inch pieces and place into cupcake/frosting. Grab white frosting and make clouds on each side of the rainbow to hold it in place.
