Raspberry Mug Cake

For the batter...
This will need
3 tbs self rising flour
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs sour cream
2 tbs milk
1 tbs lemon juice
And lastly...
4 fresh raspberries
Now we will need icing!!
For this we will need...
1 tbs sour cream
2 tbs icing sugar
Tip: don't use regular sugar for this part, it won't turn out thick like icing. Also you could use a jar of icing if you want or even cream cheese is good!
Now you have these two made in separate bowls, it's time to bake your mug cake in the microwave!
Only goes in for 90 seconds, but just in case keep an eye on it.
Once it cools you can either take it out of the mug and ice it or just dump the icing on top of the cake in the mug.... Personally I prefer to cut it into pieces on a plate and ice them all separately.
