Really Yum Bean Dip! - Healthy Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 16 oz. cans refried beans (fat free)
- 1 16 oz. sour cream (light or fat free)
- 1 big jar of your favorite salsa
- 1 8oz. reduced fat cheddar, or jack (Sargento is good)
- chopped tomatoes (as many as prefer)
- chopped kalamata olives (kalamata have more flavor
chopped)
Directions:
Spread beans on platter or plate first. Spread sour cream over beans trying not to mix them up. Spread salsa over sour cream leaving some of the cream to show like in photo. Sprinkle as much or as little cheese as you like. Top with tomatoes, olives, onions.
You can substitute different veggies if you'd like. Cucumbers work very well. Lettuce on the dip can get soggy. Squeeze your left over lime all over the dip. Garnish with the lime.
