Sausage & Egg Breakfast Casserole

posted in Food & Drink on 12/26/2013
In our home, Christmas morning breakfast casserole is a tradition we all look forward to. It’s such an easy make ahead meal to prep the night before and put in the oven the next morning. Plus I love that this basic recipe can be customized to different meats and veggie combos your family prefers.

It comes out of the oven looking cheesey, bubbly, and simply amazing! The French bread chunks are my favorite.
