Once or twice a week use a gentle scrub such as the one pictured or any other suitable for sensitive skin. Optional-use a clarisonic cleansing brush with the sensitive applicator attached.

twice daily- use a gentle skin cleanser (I find cetaphil works best) and apply to wet or dry skin, wash off with water or wipe off with tissue. If you are wearing make up I would suggest using a cleansing brush if you dont have a suitable make up remover

Use moisturizer daily to prevent the skin drying from spot treatments and to minimize skin damage. always make sure there is SPF in your moisturizer!! :)
