Simple Tator Tot Casserole

What you need: • 1 pound ground beef • 1 8oz. jar of pizza sauce • 2 cups of Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese • 1 package 16oz. of tator tots

How to: Brown the ground beef in a medium pan. When the beef is fully cooked, add in the jar of pizza sauce. Pour this into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Top with cheese (save 1/2 a cup for later) and place the tator tots on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes. After the time is up, add the remaining 1/2 cup of the cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Serve and enjoy!
