Your skin is the first thing someone may notice about you, you should always protect it with SPF, hydrate it with moisturizer, nourish it with clean foods, clean it and use only the best makeup on it!

You don't have to spend tons of money to have nice looking nails, make sure they are clean and filed with a clear coat and you're set!

Keeping your hair healthy takes work, don't use harsh chemicals such as box color especially if you don't know what you're doing! Make sure your ends are healthy, when you have dead ends your roots may seem extra oily because the oil is created to try and nourish the ends, interesting fact huh.

Take care of your body, eat clean foods, stay active, hydrate daily with enough water, get enough good sleep, I can't tell you how much happier you'll be with these simple steps! You will be more alert, feel better about yourself, get sick less often and much more!
