Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip🎃👄👅
Here is a fabulous recipe for pumpkin pie dip, very festive for the fall time or whenever your in the pumpkin flavored mood. It's easy and inexpensive, you can enjoy this wherever you go! Whether your on break at work or constantly on the go!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: •1/2 cup pumpkin purée. •One quarter of an 8-ounce tub of whipped topping, thawed (light or fat free is okay). •1 ounce cream cheese, softened (light or fat free). •2 tbsp instant vanilla or pumpkin pudding mix (sugar-free or substitute it with confectioners sugar). •1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. •1 teaspoon cinnamon. •Graham crackers, ginger snaps, pretzels, apples, etc., for serving.
DIRECTIONS: •In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, whipped topping, cream cheese, pudding mix (just add the dry mix, not making pudding), pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and beat with electric mixer or whisk by hand until smooth and combined. •Serve immediately with gingersnaps, graham crackers etc. Dip will keep airtight in the fridge for up to one week. It's also great slightly frozen (freeze for about 30-60 minutes before serving) and tastes similar to pumpkin pie cream. •Now you are all done and ready to go to town on this delicious treat!
