Buy 1 package of blueberry jello. Mix as directed put into a pan as shown and let cool in fridge.

Cut apart the jello with a fork for easy distribution in glass cups.

Add part jello & cool whip into glass to make the cool cloud design.

Continue to add part jello & part cool whip till you get this exact design. Keep in fridge till ready to consume or eat it right on the spot! Enjoy :)
P.s- add sprinkles for a great top finish!
