Sleep Remedy

1 cup of coconut oil 1 cup of olive oil 4tbsp of grated beeswax and equal parts of cinnamon lavender orange cedarwood and peppermint oil.

place the olive oil and coconut oil and the grated beeswax in a metal or glass bowl and heat over a double broiler or just one pot with a little water in it and place the bowl on top. once everything is melted give it a stir and remove from heat

then in a separate bowl mix the essential oils together to create the dreamy scent. put about 50 drops of each in the bowl. after it blends together put the olive oil and coconut oil in and mix.

then carefully ladle the mixture into all the jars then let it cool down to room temperature and then put the lids on. it makes about 16ounces of the sleep aid. then put it on your bedside table and rub on both feet and cover your feet with socks and you will instantly fall asleep and feel relaxed
