Drink this easy and quick to make drink 30 minutes before bed and it will help you sleep :]
Ingredients: • 1 cup of milk • 1 tsp honey • pinch of cinnamon • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Put milk into a mug and add in honey. Microwave for 2-3 minutes then add vanilla and stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon and voilà!
Have this half an hour before you go to bed and it will help you relax :] Enjoy!
