Losing weight is hard, trust me I know the struggle.
Hopefully this are helpful tips for you guys! 😄
Even though water doesn't seen like a big deal, it is! 💧💦
Keep hydrated!
Drink 2 glasses of water when you wake up to keep your metabolism going, and one 30 minutes before every meal.
You'll pee a lot but it's great for your skin and your body! 👍

You must eat carbs!!! Even though people say carbs are bad, your body actually needs them to give you energy!
Try eating low calorie snacks through out the day, but cut proportions.
Switch from white bread, white rice, and white sugar; to wheat bread, brown rice, and brown sugar.
This will help cut bad carbs that will go to fat
Also avoid a lot of starch! 🙅

Try not to eat from 6 or 7 at night to 6 or 7 in the morning.
After 12 hours your body starts eating it's own fat.
When you wake up drink water and do a quick work out to start your day out feeling good.
NOTE: I AM NOT SUPPORTING STARVATION!
Starving actually causes your body to hold on to fat because it goes into survival mode.
Starving has devastating and life altering consequences.

Work out!! It's great for you!
It steadies hormones and makes a person happy!
It also burns calories and unwanted fat
Stretching counts as part of a work out!!!
If you really don't want to work out tho fidget!
Keep your toes tapping and your fingers moving it burns calories!!
Also sucking in your stomach for long periods of time work your abs and burn extra calories!
