Did you know you can make homemade pumpkin spice lattes in the slow cooker? I’ve been obsessed with pumpkin flavored coffee as usual this Fall! How great would a crock pot of this be for a book club or Bunco party?! And I love that you can pair it down or double the recipe for larger gatherings.

Ingredients: 8 Cups Milk 6 Cups Strongle Brewed Coffee 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin 1/2 Cup Sugar (I thought a full cup was too sweet) 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Garnish with Whip Cream and Cinnamon
Directions:

Combine and whisk together all ingredients except the garnish and cook on high for two hours. Top with whip cream and cinnamon before serving.

So easy and it tastes so darn good! I don’t like super sweet coffee so I added a tiny bit of sugar. Adjust that to your taste. I also used vanilla almond milk and it was so yummy! And I’m just gonna say it – it tastes very similar to the expensive chain where I end up paying $5 or more per cup!
