Sopa De Res Salvadoreña ( Beef Soup)
Ingredients: 2 pounds of stew meat About a hand full of green beans 2-4 carrots 1 cabbage 2 corns 2 peeled potatoes 1/2 of a tomatoe and onion 2 zucchinis 1 cassava ( yucca in Spanish) 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt (more if needed) Beef flavor 1 bag of Maggi beef flavor pasta soup mix
Directions: Add beef meat into a pot and add eater until beef is covered. Add half a diced tomatoe and onion. And bring it into a boil and then simmer for about an hour until beef is tender.

Wash vegetables and cut carrots, zucchini and potatoes into equivalent chunks. Cut corn into 1/2 for both and cut cabbage into 1/2.

Add all of the ingredients and add water to cover all of the vegetables.

After adding vegetables. Add salt, beef flavor, and bag of Maggi beef flavor pasta soup mix. Believe me the Maggi mix makes a big difference!😄
