Use Eyedrops to reduce the redness of spots/pimples. Dab on the liquid before you sleep and by morning your spot should be visibly reduced in redness and size.

In the morning place an ice cube over the spot/pimple for 30 seconds and your skin should be clear.
Repeat until it's completely gone.
Repeat until it's completely gone.

Apply concealer, foundation and powder (all optional) to completely cover up and hide the spot/pimple if it's still visible.
