Blueberry Lemonade Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup of sugar 2. 1 cup of blueberries 3. 3/4 cup of lemon juice Instructions: To make the blueberry simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in blueberries and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until blueberries have broken down, about 3-4 minutes. Strain blueberry mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve; let cool. In a large pitcher, whisk together blueberry simple syrup, lemon juice and 5 cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.

Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple Smoothie Ingredients: 1. 1 mango, skin removed, cut into 1-inch dice, frozen 2. 5 strawberries, stems removed, cut half, frozen 3. 1 cup diced pineapple 4. 1 cup orange juice Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drink immediately.
